Pernod To Appeal Bacardi's Win On 'Havana' Trademark

Law360, New York (April 7, 2010, 7:05 PM EDT) -- The U.S. arm of French liquor giant Pernod Ricard SA has vowed to appeal a district court decision rejecting its claims that advertisements for Bacardi USA Inc.'s Havana Club rum misrepresent the Puerto Rican-made product as Cuban.
