Law360, New York (April 7, 2010, 6:57 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit has ruled that Daubert analyses must come before class certifications when warranted, setting a precedent for the circuit while tossing a class certification granted to owners of allegedly defective American Honda Motor Co. motorcycles.
