Law360, New York (April 8, 2010, 12:22 PM EDT) -- State of Washington-based health insurer Premera Blue Cross and two subsidiaries are facing a proposed collective action accusing the companies of illegally failing to pay overtime and benefits to their technical support workers by classifying them as exempt from the Fair Labor Standards Act.
