9th Circ. Affirms $1.7M Wishbone Verdict Against Sears

Law360, New York (April 8, 2010, 6:34 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit has affirmed a $1.7 million jury verdict against Sears Roebuck & Co. in a copyright case over plastic turkey bones used in a Thanksgiving promotion for the retailer.
