US Steel Fails To Nix Korean-Steel Dumping Margin

Law360, New York (April 8, 2010, 3:39 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Court of International Trade has upheld the Department of Commerce's methodology for calculating a 0.35 percent dumping margin on steel products from Korea, denying a challenge from U.S. Steel Corp. calling for a broader analysis that would have yielded a higher margin.
