Six Flags, Commonwealth Settle Katrina Coverage Spat

Law360, New York (April 9, 2010, 6:14 PM EDT) -- Six Flags Inc. has dropped its claims against Commonwealth Insurance Co. in a suit Six Flags brought against Commonwealth and several other insurers over coverage for damage to its amusement park in New Orleans that was caused by Hurricane Katrina.

Judge Jay C. Zainey of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana signed an order on Tuesday dismissing Six Flags' claims against Commonwealth with prejudice.
