Hong Kong Utility Sues BlueScope Over Failed Deal

Law360, New York (April 8, 2010, 5:23 PM EDT) -- A Hong Kong utility reportedly sued Australia's BlueScope Steel Ltd. on Thursday, claiming the steel producer engaged in misleading conduct prior to the collapse of a sale of a New Zealand iron sands mining and export facility in 2008.
