Pasta Review Partially Sticks, But Isn't Done Yet

Law360, New York (April 9, 2010, 4:33 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Court of International Trade has ordered a partial remand of the final results of a review the International Trade Administration performed of an anti-dumping duty order on certain pasta from Italy.

The CIT on Wednesday affirmed in part and remanded in part the final results of the ITA's 11th administrative review on the pasta duties being challenged by Pasta Zara SpA.
