Publishers Want Bankrupt AMS To Return Books

Law360 (January 9, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- Publishing giants are lining up to get unsold books back from bankrupt book marketer Advanced Marketing Services Inc. – which could stymie the company’s attempts to reorganize successfully.

Advanced Marketing suggested a process for reclamations in a motion filed Monday in U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware following motions filed Friday and Monday by Simon & Schuster Inc., Random House and Design Eye Ltd.
