Huron Asks To Stay $57M Earnings Suit For 2nd Time

Law360, New York (April 9, 2010, 2:34 PM EDT) -- The executives and directors of Huron Consulting Group Inc. have asked for a stay under the Private Securities Litigation Reform Act of a suit alleging the firm overstated its earnings by roughly $57 million, having just lost a bid to stay pending the resolution of two similar state cases.
