€41M France Telecom Antitrust Fine Remanded

Law360, New York (April 9, 2010, 4:48 PM EDT) -- France's highest court has upheld €51 million ($59 million) in fines against SFR SA and Bouygues Telecom SA for allegedly colluding to maintain their shares of the French cell phone market, but ordered a lower court to reconsider the size of a €41 million ($55 million) fine against France Telecom SA's Orange network.
