Lawyer Group's $120M Claim V. Wachovia Survives

Law360, New York (April 9, 2010, 2:14 PM EDT) -- There are issues of material fact as to whether Wachovia Bank NA breached an $89.5 million real estate loan agreement that was supposed to fund the American Association for Justice's move to new offices in the nation's capital, a federal judge has ruled in partially denying the bank's bid for summary judgment in the suit, which seeks $120 million in damages.
