Hospitals Sue Kaiser Over $16 Million In Unpaid Bills

Law360 (January 9, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- Hospital operator Tenet Healthcare Corp. has sued Kaiser Foundation Health Plan Inc., claiming the health care provider owes the hospitals over $16 million in back pay for treating Kaiser patients.
