Law360, New York (April 12, 2010, 7:14 PM EDT) -- On the warpath to recover hundreds of millions of dollars for Bruno's Supermarkets LLC’s unsecured creditors, the liquidating trustee is suing the company’s former brass for allegedly bleeding the supermarket chain for the benefit of its owner Lone Star Funds.
