Royal Indemnity Cleanup Coverage Suit Stayed

Law360, New York (April 13, 2010, 3:07 PM EDT) -- A California appeals court has granted a bid by United Enterprises Inc. to stay Royal Indemnity Co.’s declaratory suit over defense coverage in order for United to address underlying litigation over the cleanup of a property it allegedly contaminated while operating a shooting range.
