Another DRAM Maker Settles Price-Fixing Suit

Law360, New York (January 10, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- Micron Technology Inc. followed in its competitors’ footsteps on Tuesday, becoming the latest company to settle allegations that it conspired to fix prices of DRAM products.

Though Micron did not reveal the exact settlement amount, it did say it would reduce its 2007 first-quarter earnings by up to $80 million.
