Saxon, Dell Resolve Computer System Patent Spat

Law360, New York (April 13, 2010, 11:52 AM EDT) -- Saxon Innovations LLC has agreed to drop Dell Inc. from a suit accusing several technology companies of infringing seven patents related to common personal computer tasks, leaving only one defendant remaining in the litigation.

Saxon and Dell filed a joint motion Monday asking Magistrate Judge John D. Love of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas to dismiss their claims and counterclaims with prejudice, saying they had settled their dispute.
