Australia Says Malaysia Airlines Fixed Cargo Prices

Law360, New York (April 13, 2010, 3:24 PM EDT) -- Malaysia Airlines has become the latest airline to be hit with a suit by the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission for alleged price-fixing in the international air cargo industry.

The Australian antitrust regulator began proceedings on Friday in the Federal Court of Australia in Sydney against Malaysian Airline System Berhad and its cargo subsidiary, Malaysia Airlines Cargo Sdn. Bhd.
