Top DOJ Bribery Prosecutor To Join Paul Weiss

Law360, New York (April 13, 2010, 6:50 PM EDT) -- Mark Mendelsohn, the U.S. Department of Justice's deputy chief for criminal fraud who oversaw the agency's recent escalation in Foreign Corrupt Practices Act enforcement, will reportedly join Paul Weiss Rifkind Wharton & Garrison LLP in May.

New York-based Paul Weiss beat out O'Melveny & Myers LLP, Cadwalader Wickersham & Taft LLP, Milbank Tweed Hadley & McCloy LLP, and Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP for his services, the Wall Street Journal reported Tuesday.
