Law360, New York (April 13, 2010, 5:59 PM EDT) -- A federal appeals court on Tuesday found that Jensen Enterprises Inc. was not harmed by three AT&T Inc. affiliates and Oldcastle Precast Inc. in an antitrust suit over underground concrete vaults used to connect newly constructed homes and businesses to the existing telephone network.
The ruling by a three-judge panel of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit affirmed a lower court ruling in February 2009 that dismissed Jensen's case on summary judgment.
