Claims Pared In Motorola's Trade Secrets Suit V. Lemko

Law360, New York (April 14, 2010, 2:40 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has trimmed Motorola Corp.'s trade secrets, fraud and spoliation of evidence claims in its suit accusing former employees and competitor Lemko Corp. of stealing Motorola's proprietary communications technologies.
