Side Effects Can Be Impairment Under ADA: 3rd Circ.

Law360, New York (April 14, 2010, 1:14 PM EDT) -- A federal appeals court has ruled that side effects from medical treatments may constitute an impairment under the Americans with Disabilities Act, but still sided against a man who claimed he was terminated from a U.S. Army job due to disabilities caused by medication.
