Racer's Pursuit Of Vintage Porsche Stalls In 7th Circ.

Law360, New York (April 15, 2010, 1:17 PM EDT) -- A federal appeals court has upheld a lower court's ruling that the Indianapolis Motor Speedway Hall of Fame Museum owns a vintage Porsche race car that the car's former driver claimed he gave to the museum as a loan through a handshake agreement.
