Pension Hearing Postponed For Lewd Judge

Law360, New York (January 11, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- A former Oklahoma judge who was sentenced to four years in prison for exposing himself during trials will reportedly have to wait until March to try to get his state pension reinstated.

The judge, Donald Thompson, had a hearing scheduled Wednesday with the Oklahoma Public Employees Retirement System. However, the state Corrections Department did not release him from prison, saying in a brief that it did not receive proper notification and that it did not want to pay for his transportation costs.
