Goldman Hints At Strategy Against SEC Claims

Law360, New York (April 16, 2010, 7:18 PM EDT) -- Goldman Sachs Group Inc. will reportedly be relying on Sullivan & Cromwell LLP to mount a defense against a lawsuit filed Friday by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, but the investment bank has already begun to fight back by reeling off a list of reasons why it believes the agency’s claims are unfounded.
