Class Cert. Sought In Canal Breach Suit Against US

Law360, New York (April 19, 2010, 3:15 PM EDT) -- Property owners and renters in Nevada have asked a judge to certify their proposed negligence class action that argues the U.S. government should be on the hook for damages caused by flooding from a canal embankment breach in 2008.
