Law360, New York (April 20, 2010, 5:33 PM EDT) -- A federal appeals court has granted a new trial on damages to an Illinois couple that accused Wal-Mart Stores Inc. of ignoring allergy warnings when it filled a prescription, potentially paving the way for the couple to grow its $465,000 original award.
