Vanaskie To Join 3rd Circ. After 8-Month Delay

Law360, New York (April 22, 2010, 1:15 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Senate has voted to confirm Judge Thomas Vanaskie of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, ending a delay of eight months since President Barack Obama nominated him for the post.
