ExxonMobil Employees Win Chance To Re-File Suit

Law360, New York (January 12, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- Three former ExxonMobil Pipeline Co. employees who claimed the oil company discriminated against them because of their age have suffered a setback but, to ExxonMobil’s chagrin, have the chance to re-file their suit in an appeals court.

Jerry Brim, Mike Prince and Mike Tuttle first sued the company on Feb 3, 2005, filing several federal statutory and state law claims against ExxonMobil.
