Shell Unit Sues Wash. Utility Over $7M Power Outage

Law360, New York (April 22, 2010, 1:00 PM EDT) -- Shell Oil Co. unit Equilon Enterprises LLC has launched a breach of contract suit accusing regulated public utility Puget Sound Energy Inc. of failing to properly provide electricity to one of Equilon's refineries in Washington state.
