Much Litigation Expected After Oil Rig Explosion

Law360, New York (April 23, 2010, 6:39 PM EDT) -- At least two wrongful death lawsuits have already been filed following an oil rig explosion in the Gulf of Mexico that left 11 workers missing, and experts anticipate that more wrongful death, personal injury, limitation of liability, environmental, insurance and property damage actions are on the way.
