Legal Landmines Surround Goldman Execs At Hearing

Law360, New York (April 27, 2010, 7:10 PM EDT) -- Current and former Goldman Sachs Group Inc. officials found themselves in a tough legal position Tuesday as they sought to answer lawmakers' questions over the investment bank's alleged fraud while not giving the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, plaintiffs' attorneys and others any ammunition to use in court.
