AG Probes Consulting Arrangements

Law360, New York (January 16, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- The New York Attorney General’s office has begun looking into whether employees of big-name companies paid to work as consultants have inappropriately disclosed non-public information about their employers.

New York Attorney General Andrew Cuomo has subpoenaed several large companies, including Best Buy Co. and Circuit City Stores Inc., as well as a handful of consulting firms, like Gerson Lehrman Group and Vista Consulting, in conjunction with the probe, according to the Wall Street Journal.
