NetLogix Seeks $28M For T-Mobile Engineering Work

Law360, New York (April 27, 2010, 5:12 PM EDT) -- T-Mobile has been hit with a breach of contract lawsuit accusing the telecommunications giant of refusing to pay $28 million owed to NetLogix, a wireless telecommunications engineering firm, for work on T-Mobile's 3G network.

NetLogix filed the lawsuit Monday in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington. NetLogix said it provided engineering, technical and audit services for 591 T-Mobile projects in 2008 and 2009.
