LA County Not Liable For Water Pollution: Judge

Law360, New York (April 28, 2010, 3:27 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has found that Los Angeles County is not liable for polluted runoff that flowed into four local rivers, despite finding earlier that the county's discharges onto a popular Malibu beach and into a marine reserve breached the Clean Water Act.
