'Sicko' Production Co. Sued Over Use Of Home Video

Law360, New York (April 28, 2010, 6:49 PM EDT) -- A man who says his image was unlawfully used in filmmaker Michael Moore's controversial documentary "Sicko" has sued Moore's production company, Dog Eat Dog Films Inc., accusing it of copyright infringement.

Ken Aronson, of Hoquiam, Wash., filed suit Tuesday in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington, alleging two counts of copyright infringement and single counts of invasion of privacy and misappropriation of likeness for the alleged unauthorized use of a home video.
