Twitter Helps Usher In New Set Of Trademark Perils

Law360, New York (May 28, 2010, 1:06 PM EDT) -- With numerous trademarks being registered as Twitter user names by someone other than the trademark holder, Twitter and similar sites remain a potential source of headaches for intellectual property owners, experts say.
