Ex-MF Global Trader Indicted Over $141M In Losses

Law360, New York (April 28, 2010, 6:53 PM EDT) -- A Mississippi man has been indicted for allegedly causing MF Global Inc., his former clearing firm, $141 million in losses by entering into wheat futures contracts through the Chicago Board of Trade in 2008 knowing he couldn't cover possible losses.
