Dentsply Strikes Deal To Avoid Antitrust Trial

Law360, New York (April 29, 2010, 1:38 PM EDT) -- Artificial teeth maker Dentsply International Inc. and two dental supply companies have reached a settlement in a suit that accused Dentsply of maintaining its market dominance by deterring dealers from selling other manufacturers' prefabricated teeth, obviating the need for a trial slated to begin next week.
