Law360, New York (April 29, 2010, 2:15 PM EDT) -- The founder of CNet Networks Inc. is challenging a district court’s determination that he owes Sotheby’s Inc. $6.6 million in the auction house’s suit accusing him of backing out of deals to buy three paintings.
