BP Loses Bid To Nix Testimony In $81M Fire Suit

Law360, New York (April 29, 2010, 1:09 PM EDT) -- BP Products North America Inc. has lost a bid to exclude testimony from three expert witnesses in a breach of contract and negligence suit alleging JV Industrial Cos. Ltd.'s shoddy piping work caused an $81 million fire at a BP refinery.
