NYC Faces Sanctions Over Docs In Firefighter Test Suit

Law360, New York (April 30, 2010, 1:51 PM EDT) -- The city of New York is facing possible sanctions for dumping several thousand documents and other evidence regarding its entrance exam for firefighters on the U.S. government just days before a hearing on the exam's effects on black applicants.

In a strongly worded show-cause order Thursday, Judge Nicholas G.
