EPA Scolded For Exempting Salmon Farms From Rule

Law360, New York (April 30, 2010, 2:54 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has thrashed a decision by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the National Marine Fisheries Service exempting Puget Sound salmon farms from certain water-quality standards, saying the federal agencies ignored two of their own scientific studies in reaching the decision.
