Antitrust All-Clear For United-Continental Combo Likely

Law360, New York (April 30, 2010, 6:20 PM EDT) -- Though a union between United Air Lines Inc. and Continental Airlines Inc. would create the world's largest airline by traffic, the pairing would likely have little trouble securing approval from U.S. antitrust authorities after a thorough examination, experts say.
