Tronox Narrows Claims In Adversary Suit With Anadarko

Law360, New York (May 3, 2010, 6:01 PM EDT) -- Tronox Inc. has responded to the dismissal of three-quarters of its original claims by lodging a new version of its complaint in an adversary suit accusing former parent company Kerr-McGee Corp. — which is now owned by Anadarko Petroleum Corp. — of fraudulently dumping enormous environmental liabilities on Tronox before spinning it off.
