Fishermen Get OK To Refile Dubai Star Oil Spill Claims

Law360, New York (May 3, 2010, 1:34 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has dismissed claims by three commercial fishermen and a seafood processor against the owners of the Dubai Star, the crude tanker that caused an October oil spill in the San Francisco Bay Area, but has allowed the plaintiffs to relaunch their complaint with more details on the effects of the incident on their profits.
