SEC Sues Former ConAgra Subsidiary Executives

Law360 (January 17, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission has filed a suit against three former executives of a former ConAgra Foods subsidiary, alleging they used improper accounting practices to overstate revenues.

The suit, filed Tuesday in the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado, alleges the three men participated in a fraud scheme to overstate the unit’s operating results for fiscal years 1999 and 2000.
