5th Circ. Tosses AT&T Predatory Pricing Injunction

Law360, New York (May 4, 2010, 1:29 PM EDT) -- A federal appeals court has thrown out a preliminary injunction barring AT&T Inc. from implementing a scheme of allegedly predatory pricing for wholesale telecommunications services, in a lawsuit brought by smaller telephone carriers worried the price structure would cut into their profits.
