ITC Launches Dumping Review Of Chinese Print Cloth

Law360, New York (May 4, 2010, 5:31 PM EDT) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission has launched a five-year review of the anti-dumping duty order on greige polyester and cotton print cloth from China to determine whether revocation of the order would likely lead to material injury to the domestic industry.

On Monday the government asked interested parties to submit information to the ITC, with a June 2 deadline for all responses.

The U.S. Department of Commerce issued an anti-dumping order on the subject print cloth from China in 1983 and issued continuation orders in 1999...
