Chinese Cos. Win Lower Duties On Water Treatment

Law360, New York (May 5, 2010, 2:51 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce has lowered the anti-dumping duty rate for two Chinese importers of a water treatment chemical, finding that an initial calculation was not corroborated in the department's final determination.

Commerce filed the results Monday in the U.S. Court of International Trade, which had remanded the matter in February in response to a challenge from Changzhou Wujin Fine Chemical Factory Co. Ltd. and Jiangsu Jianghai Chemical Group Co. Ltd.
